A shooting in Hollywood on Tuesday afternoon left a rapper named Young Dolph injured and a search continuing for a shooter who was last seen in a gold Cadillac Escalade, according to Los Angeles Police Department officials.

Just hours ago, Dolph was posting pictures from Hollywood on IG. You can see one below.

Police were called to the scene at about 1:12 p.m., LAPD Officer Sal Ramirez said. The victim was transported with a gunshot wound and is in stable condition, police said.

Police are still searching for the assailant and do not know how many suspects they’re looking for, LAPD Officer Tony Im said. An LAPD tweet later said “suspects at large.”

Dolph is a 32-year-old rapper from Memphis, Tennessee, who released a debut album in February 2016 entitled “King of Memphis” that peaked at No. 49 on the Billboard 100 chart. His second album, “Bulletproof,” was released in April.

This isn’t the first time Dolph’s life has been threatened. Back in February, his SUV was shot up multiple times in Charlotte. Following the incident, Dolph released an album named after the incident called Bulletproof. Dolph has been involved in a highly-publicized beef with Yo Gotti, and in May, Gotti’s artist Blac Youngsta turned himself into authorities in connection with the shooting.
