San Francisco 49ers quarterback and activist Colin Kaepernick is continuing to put his money where his mouth is, donating his massive sneaker collection to people in need.
Video has surfaced online of Kaepernick and his girlfriend Nessa Diab packing hundreds of pairs of fresh shoes and clothing – crispy, colorful Jordans, Nikes, and more – into garbage bags and donating them to local charities, orphanages, and homeless shelters. The Dorothy Day House in Berkeley was one of the included recipients.
