A young boy‘s attempt to illegally obtain a toy from a claw machine at Carowinds theme park in North Carolina ended with a dramatic rescue by a medical response team.

The incident occurred on Wednesday morning when the 11-year-old boy crawled inside the claw machine in an attempt to steal a toy. However, the boy quickly became stuck and was unable to free himself. Park personnel contacted the local fire department and a medical response team was dispatched to the scene.

After an hour of attempts to free the boy, the medical response team was successful in getting him out of the machine, and he was uninjured. The boy was escorted from the park and the incident remains under investigation by the local police.
